Michiko Hayashi is the ambassador and global director of the non-profit organization Emoto Peace Project in Japan.
Michiko Hayashi was born in Japan in 1959. Her father was a Buddhist monk. He was the one who taught her to be humble, honest, diligent, kind and brilliant by the way he himself lived.
He studied foreign languages (Spanish, French, Italian) at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, USA. During her studies she moved to Costa Rica to learn Spanish.
She is the mother of 2 children (23 years old and 17 years old respectively) very loving and friendly. She is the author of a series of technical English books, and has published more than 10 books, she is also a translator. She has always been interested in spirituality and transcendence. In 2004, when she was on vacation, she bought 10 books. By chance, 2 of the books were by Dr. Masuru Emoto. The beauty of the crystal picture of “Love and Gratitude” and the fact that the water reflected our consciousness convinced her to work directly with Dr. Emoto. Without realizing it, and following some kind of inspiration, she called Dr. Emoto’s office by phone, and from that March day in 2004, she started working with him becoming Dr. Emoto’s personal assistant.
In 2011, he registered the EMOTO PEACE PROJECT as a non-profit organization in order to spread faster around the world. From there, Dr. Emoto asked her to be the general secretary of the Project and it is for her a great honor and pleasure to be part of this important project since its beginnings, and she understands that her mission is to make this world the best place for all human beings with the Message of Water and the wonderful help of all the friends of this Earth.
But what is Emoto for Peace?
Dr. Masaru Emoto announced when he was giving his lecture on “The Spiritual Dimensions of the Subcommittee on Science and Consciousness” at the United Nations headquarters in New York in May 2005 that he was going to distribute the picture book of “The Message of Water” free of charge to all the children of the world and named it “EMOTO PEACE PROJECT”.
He started this project with the hope that this planet Earth will always be a peaceful place where everyone can live happily. The goal of the Emoto Peace Project is to educate about the true reality of water to children around the world through the free distribution of THE WATER MESSAGE booklet so that this world will be a more sustainable, beautiful and peaceful place.
Currently “The Message of Water” has been translated into more than 28 languages with the invaluable support of people of goodwill and is distributed in more than 70 countries.

“The Message of Water” and “EMOTO PEACE PROJECT”.
“If we want to achieve true peace in the world, we will have to start with the children.” – by Mahatoma Gandhi
We, human beings, are 70% composed of water, just like the planet Earth. We think that water is always here. When we are in our mothers’ wombs, we are protected by amniotic water. When we are born, we are baptized with water. And at the end of this life, the only thing we ask for is “water”. Water is so important to us, but we do not know the truth and mystery of water.
Dr. Masaru Emoto, Japanese, who passed away in October last year, was the world’s foremost researcher on water, the messenger of water and the author of the books “The Hidden Messages of Water”, “The Message of Water”, “The Healing Power of Water”, “The Secret of Water”, etc., studied water for more than 20 years and achieved great success in visually capturing the water crystal at the moment of freezing. He was acclaimed worldwide for his groundbreaking research and discovery that water retains all information and is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness.
Every substance emits “Hados” which means “vibrations or waves”, something we cannot see or feel. Water is the medium for transmitting such information. As Dr. Emoto’s water research shows, water exposed to negative Hados (vibrations), such as bad words, ugly music, bad thoughts, does not crystallize or produce pernicious effects, while water exposed to positive and beautiful Hados, such as good words, good thoughts and beautiful intentions, prayers, etc., produces beautiful hexagonal crystals.
Michiko Hayashi is his successor.
